Leigh began his career with Macquarie Bank, where he developed a strong foundation in commercial lending and credit before continuing his career across several financial institutions. He later specialised in helping business owners secure funding for growth, acquisitions, refinancing and debt restructuring, and continues to consult with financial services institutions across the industry.

As Director of SBR Financial, Leigh works closely with business owners to secure tailored finance solutions that support growth, improve cash flow and help overcome complex financial challenges. His expertise spans business finance, commercial lending, property finance, refinancing and ATO debt funding, with a practical, solutions-focused approach to every client engagement.
